These were mostly done with Microsoft Publisher. The photos edited in Photoshop. The names and address numbers have been removed for privacy.

Coldwell Banker Flyer

I was asked to create a simplified flyer by a realtor. The criteria was to use only the exterior pictures as the interior was still being constructed. There was a blueprint, however it wasn't simple enough to read by the interested buyer. Using Adobe Illustrator, I cleaned up the blueprint by creating a copy with simple lines with the pen tool. Page 4 is the original while page 2 is my version. Done with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (blueprint).
